VFR Sectional Charts show the following features:

  • Roads and highways
  • Railway tracks
  • Towns and cities
  • Lakes and rivers
  • Towers
  • Towers less than 1,000 feet AGL
  • Towers greater than 1,000 feet AGL
  • Towers with high intensity lights
  • Parachute jump zones
  • Ultralight operating areas
  • Glider operating areas
